Choose the appropriate packet below based on your enrollment year. Each convenient download includes all three required documents: the main application form, the pastoral recommendation, and the personal evaluation.

2. SUBMIT & PAY REGISTRATION

Once your forms are fully completed (filled), submit them to our admissions team via email or drop them off at our physical office. To officially process your application, please submit the one-time $25 registration fee.

3. FINALIZE ENROLLMENT

Upon receiving your official acceptance letter, you can secure your spot in the program by paying your tuition. The $1,000 fee covers your complete academic year, including all three terms which can be paid once or in 3 installmates.
